Quality Consignment Store

The QC - Quaker Closet is the consignment store of Wilmington Friends School.  Offering quality consignment pieces for men, women and children at affordable prices.  


Located in the Upper Campus of Wilmington Friends School.  Look for the QC sign by the school's flag pole.


We welcome the entire Wilmington Friends Community to consign.  All are welcome to shop at the QC.  50% of all proceeds benefit the Wilmington Friends Home and School Association. Stop in to create a consigner account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at wfsquakercloset@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

  • Clean and inspect potential donation item(s) for wear, rips, tears or other defects, and missing parts. Items must be gently used (ideally not more than 3 years old) and not at the end of their lifetime. Items with missing pieces, heavy wear, stains, dirt, and debris will not be accepted for consignment and will be donated.
  • Limit of 2 flat bottom bags per consignor- No garbage bags, or oversized shopping/zipper bags or containers. Please be considerate and understand both our space limitations and our desire to allow for equal amounts donated by all consignors.
  • Please have items folded neatly and ready to wear 
  • Shoe donations limited to special event shoe drives which will be announced. (EX: snow boots, black concert shoes)

  • When you bring your items to The QC, they will be processed, tagged, and merchandised on the consignment floor.  
  • Items that are not seasonably appropriate (ie summer clothes in fall/winter months), stained, ripped, excessively worn/frayed/discolored, and/or do not sell will be donated. 
  • You can chose to consign your clothing using your consigner account number (provided at time of drop off)  or donate all clothing/proceeds to Wilmington Friends Home and School Association.
  • Returns are not accepted but you're welcome to re-consign items under your consignment number
  • 50% of all proceeds benefit the Wilmington Friends Home and School Association.

We do not accept Jewelry, Shoes (unless specified), Pajamas, Undergarments, Bathing Suits, Socks, Gloves/Mittens (unless specified), Worn Hats, and Non-Seasonally appropriate clothing. Please visit our store or contact us for more information.

DROP off/consign clothing days are the 1st Tuesday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) of the Month Only (subject to change based on store capacity- check the above calendar to confirm) 


Limit 2 bags per consigner
